1. Data Controller

1. The controller of personal data is the Operator of the "lokalnydetailer" platform (hereinafter: "Controller") — LOKALNY DETAILER Sp. z o.o., al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 5273202366, REGON: 54384384400000, KRS: 0001220332, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

2. Scope of Processed Data

2.1 Customer Data

The Controller processes the following Customer data:

• e-mail address,
• phone number,
• Coupon-related data (history, status, redemption date),
• technical data (IP address, device type, system logs).

2.2 Provider Data

The Controller processes the following Provider data:

• company name,
• tax identification number (NIP),
• registered office address,
• contact details (e-mail, phone),
• data related to offers, Coupons, and Subscriptions,
• billing and invoicing data.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

1. creating and managing user accounts,
2. handling Coupons and their redemption,
3. user verification and fraud prevention,
4. communication (e-mail, SMS),
5. fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, tax),
6. improving Platform functionality (statistics, security).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed based on:

1. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract (Terms of Service),
2. Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligations,
3. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests of the Controller (security, fraud analysis),
4. Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent for marketing communications.

5. Data Sharing

1. Customer data may be shared with Providers only to the extent necessary to redeem a Coupon.
2. Data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Controller, such as:
   • hosting providers,
   • e-mail and SMS service providers,
   • accounting and legal entities.
3. Data is not sold to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Customer data is retained:

• for the duration of the account,
• and after its deletion — for the period required by law or until claims are time-barred.

Provider data is retained:

• for the duration of the Subscription,
• and after its termination in accordance with accounting regulations.

7. User Rights

Every individual whose data is processed has the right to:

1. access their data,
2. rectify their data,
3. erase their data ("right to be forgotten"),
4. restrict processing,
5. data portability,
6. object to processing,
7. lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Data Security

1. The Controller implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
2. Only authorized personnel have access to the data.
3. Systems are secured against unauthorized access.

9. Cookies

1. The Platform uses cookies for:
   • proper functioning of the website,
   • statistical analytics,
   • improving service quality.
2. Users can manage cookies through their browser settings.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

1. The Controller may amend this Privacy Policy for important reasons.
2. The current version is always available on the Platform.

11. Final Provisions

1. This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of publication.
2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by GDPR and Polish law.
