1. Definitions

  1. Platform — the "lokalnydetailer" website, available at a domain owned by the Operator.
  2. Operator — the entity operating the Platform: LOKALNY DETAILER Sp. z o.o., al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 5273202366, REGON: 54384384400000, KRS: 0001220332, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, e-mail: kontakt@lokalnydetailer.pl.
  3. Provider — an entrepreneur providing automotive services (primarily car detailing services), holding a Provider Account.
  4. Customer — a natural person using the Platform to receive Coupons.
  5. Coupon — a one-time discount code entitling the holder to use a specific service from a specific Provider.
  6. Subscription — a paid Provider plan enabling the publication of offers and Coupons on the Platform.

2. Scope of Platform Operations

  1. The Platform is a coupon marketplace that:
    • enables Providers to publish service offers,
    • enables Customers to receive discount Coupons.
  2. The Platform is not a party to any contract concluded between the Customer and the Provider.
  3. The Platform does not perform services and is not responsible for their quality, timing, or execution.

3. Registration and Accounts

3.1 Customers

  1. Customer registration requires:
    • an e-mail address,
    • a phone number (SMS verification),
    • acceptance of the Terms of Service.
  2. A Customer may hold a maximum of 3 active Coupons at any time.
  3. One Coupon for one service from one Provider is allocated per phone number.

3.2 Providers

  1. Provider registration requires:
    • company details (name, tax ID, address),
    • positive verification by the Operator.
  2. The Operator may refuse to activate an account without providing a reason.
  3. A Provider may use the Platform only within an active Subscription.

4. Coupons

  1. Coupons:
    • are free for Customers,
    • are single-use,
    • have a specified expiration date.
  2. A Coupon may only be redeemed:
    • at the Provider who issued it,
    • within its validity period.
  3. Coupon redemption occurs by:
    • scanning a QR code, or
    • manually entering the code in the Provider's panel.
  4. After redemption, the Coupon:
    • becomes invalid,
    • cannot be reused or exchanged.

5. Rules for Providers

  1. The Provider:
    • independently determines the scope of services, prices, and discount amounts,
    • is responsible for the accuracy of offers.
  2. After a Subscription expires:
    • the Provider's profile and offers are hidden,
    • the Provider may still redeem previously issued Coupons until their expiration.
  3. The Operator does not guarantee:
    • the number of generated Coupons,
    • the number of service redemptions.

6. Payments

  1. Customers:
    • do not make payments on the Platform,
    • pay the Provider directly when using the service according to the specified discount.
  2. Providers:
    • pay for the Subscription according to the current price list.
  3. The Operator does not mediate payments between Customers and Providers.

7. Liability

  1. The Operator:
    • is not responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of services,
    • is not responsible for disputes between Customers and Providers.
  2. Customers and Providers resolve any claims directly between themselves.
  3. The Operator may temporarily block an account in case of abuse or violation of the Terms of Service.

8. Abuse and Blocks

  1. The following is prohibited:
    • transferring Coupons to third parties,
    • multiple registrations to circumvent limits,
    • fraudulent Coupon redemption.
  2. The Operator has the right to:
    • delete Coupons,
    • block accounts,
    • deny further access to the Platform.

9. Personal Data

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Customer data may be shared with the Provider only to the extent necessary to redeem the Coupon.
  3. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

  1. The Operator may amend the Terms of Service for important reasons.
  2. The Terms of Service are effective from the date of publication on the Platform.
  3. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
